Can hair be colored?

Yes, hair can be colored and also even permed. The hair we carry is raw hair that is from an actual human's head. We carry virgin hair which also has not been processed for better results during coloring. We advise using volumes and professional advice from a certified stylist before trying to color on your own and damaging the hair.
Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
How long does the hair last?

Hair can last from 2-4 years average due to it being raw hair which is ported from an actual human's head. It has to be treated as your real hair would need to be. Shampoo and conditioning hair before installing is always recommended. No heavy oils and always comb from end to root for detangling.
Is all hair raw?

No. We carry raw hair and also virgin hair for our girls that enjoy virgin hair and can be more affordable.
How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take 3-7 days on average unless express ordered. Because hair is coming from overseas we sometime experience clearance issues which happen randomly during that time. Communication will be intact to keep you updated about your order.
